Daily take coconut water or grape juice in morning 1- take 200 gm bengal gram-besan aata + white chandan powder 25 gm + haldi 25 gm mix properly, take twenty gm mix in warm milk to prepare a paste and apply over all body parts before bath, keep for 45 minutes and later take bath, may do daily if not possible then every alternate day 2- sarivadyasava 15 ml twice daily with water after food continue all for three months and report improvement after month use glycerin or sandle wood soap.

Before going to swimming, always you should apply any mild cream to your body. Dont go to swim in sunny timings. Prefer in early hrs r in evening. Immediately after coming out, you take bath n again try to apply any sun screen lotion.
