Hey doc, I wanted to know know to gain weight because I am skinny as hell. I am 5'11 and weigh just 129.8 lbs. I eat alot too. But I can not gain a pound! I am a hard gainer actually. Help me out!

Some weight gaining snacks are: ?Paneer tikka ?Soya chaap ?Tofu sandwich ?Green mung sprouted sandwich ?Paneer vegetable tikki ?Cheeku shake, banana shake, anjeer shake.

if you are eating a lot and you are not gaining weight it simply means that your intestine is not clean, weight has everything to do with your intestine, take a copper pot (tamba lota) fill water in it at night before sleeping and in morning drink it immediately when you wake up. Do this for 3 months and tell me the results, two things you have to take care when you drink water in Copper pot, firstly keep washing copper pot everyday and dont let the green layer come on it, secondly you have to drink water in copper pot in morning only, for entire day you have to drink in steel lota.
