How to remove tobacco and pan masala spot from my teeth, my teeth get yellowish. I have pain in some tooth, before chewing pan masala my mouth was opened fully, but this time closing why? Can I get fully open mouth as like before? Is it painful treatment?

Your answer is in your question itself....You need to quit tobacco habit to regain mouth opening....Do oral exercises....For stain, better get scaling (cleaning) done.... For pain, post your x-ray....meanwhile take some analgesic

This condition is called as osmf. You have to immediately stop the habit of pan masala chewing. If the habit continues, the condition worsens and it is very difficult to get your mouth opened. There r few techniques like certain injections or surgery to open the mouth only with limited success rates. So stopping the habit is of tremendous importance.
