I am 23 Years of age, head of my penis is covered by skin, I am unable to get the skin back, when I was 8 years I have difficulty in passing urine then some doctor suggested that there should be a minor surgery done to avoid it, he told that there is over skin over there. He gave me a temporary treatment si I can pass the urine freely. I am able to masturbate but the skin is covered fully.
