You should go for brisk walk atleast 45 minutes, do exercise atleast 10 to 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder in the morning, avoid rice in the night. Use green leafy vegetale more. Use salad before lunch/ dinner. Drink water more. You can take small and frequent meal.
