I'm 18years old female nd is too skinny I have tried many home remedies but could not get desired results please suggest me some remedies to gain weight.

Dear * Soak 4 almonds in half glass of water keep overnight and consume in morning on empty stomach also have to drink water. continue this for 3 months. * Avoid spicy, junk foods. * Do not skip meals. * Consume fruits, milk, curd regularly. * yoga and regular exercise also necessary. * Consult to advice or prescribe you better effective.
