I have a gas problem always I can't manage this kind of trouble but around 2-3 months this problem really effect to me.

Gas could be due to indigestion or incorporation of air during eating or side effects of any medications (if any). If the cause is indigestion, try taking small meals at regular intervals, avoidpulses, cruciferous veggies, high fibre foods. Donot speak or drink water while eating. This should subside your problem.
