Hi, glad you asked this question. Exercise and nutrition work hand in hand for weight loss. One doesn't work without the other. Just eat mindfully, control portion size, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go. This will ensure permanant fat loss over a period of 6 months.
