I want to gain weight. I use to eat a lot, but my weight is just 65 kgs as I am 6'1" tall. Please give a solution.

Please eat dense nutritional foods. Lots of banana milk shakes also. Eat healthy homemade food. Please take alfalfa tonic 1 tsp 4 times for 1 month. This will not only help assimilate nutrients from the foods that you are eating but will make your body strong and healthy.

Increase your protein rich food stuff like soyabeen, cow peas, toffu, rajma, groundnut. This is a great method to increase your weight but if you are non vegetarian than you can take 2 whole egg and 40 gram chicken, mutton only in tanduri form.
