I am 38 year old male, have a travelling job, average weight (80Kg Height 174 cm (5" 8. I am having pain in my right Knee. I have got an X-Ray done; no issues with Bones. There is a kind of throbbing pain on right side of right knee when kept in folded position; also have slight pain on inner side left of the right knee. I am walking and working without much discomfort but while sitting and lying down pain is felt. I have applied Crepe Bandage in night with a pain balm.

Hello. I have gone through your question about knee pain. I understand your concern. I feel that these symptoms are because of your weight. You will have to reduce your weight. Atleast 15 kg over 2 years period. You need diet modification. Stop oily food. Don't eat rice at night. Very low calories diet at night atleast 2 hours prior to sleeping. Take vitamin B12 medicines. Calcium and Vitamin D medicines. You will feel better.
