I used to eat healthy food and mostly I used to eat homemade food rather than fast food. But my body is not like a normal person and it is very thin. Why? And how I can get a normal body?

Jodhbir 1st improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body..so walk regularly for good metabolism.. Take high protein diet.. Drink warm milk with honey before sleeping.. Take aayurvedic chitrakadi bati after meal.. Take sleep after meal.. Maximum intake of fruit juices and mixed nuts.. Avoid smoking if you do. Always be happy...
