I took 250g of acetaminophen and 200g of aspirin a year apart 7 years ago. I never got medical treatment and I vomited 10+ times and had severe abdominal pain but it went away after the night and I have not had any health issues since then, why am I not dead? Will my life end early? I was 16 at the time I am now 23.
