I've had minor IBS for about 12 years now, although it comes and goes. About 2 years ago, it was causing me stomach aches (central, pretty much underneath my tummy button area), rumbling gurgly noises and a need to go to the toilet. This was happening fairly regularly, so I started making changes.

It's good that you started making changes basically you need to take very light diet no fried spicy and junk food and you should eat at fixed regular intervals of 3to 4hrs also try to make a change in your toilet visits also try to fix toilet timings also that will help you also try to find out by process of elimination if you are allergic to any food items
