Hi, I am 16 year, got my thyroid test done, which was negative. I have been gaining weight, inspite of having a pretty active routine, as I am running through the day. I am also training to be a bharatnatyam dancer since past 8 yrs now. I am also not too much into junk food. Two years bk i, joined the gym for approx 3 months. But had to quit, due to studies. And since then, its kind of getting from bad to worse. Please help. My periods are pretty normal. Except that occassional delay. Once in a while. My blood group is b+ and a vegetarian, with an exeption of eggs. Ni am a student of 12th class, and hence cant devote time to lot of excersise. This weight is causing a lot of distress. Plssss help, with a diet plan. So that, I can loose weight. I dont want to starve and loose weight, because dt kind of bounces back within no time. Thanks and regards.
