I am 20 year old boy I am looking very thin I never take food on time I not feeling hungry for whole day without any meal my weight is 43 kg and my height is 5" 7 inch I always feel sick I also not drink water in whole day I drink 1-2 ltr water help me I want to increase my mass and weight to look as a simple boy suggest me food with suitable time-table for whole day I am a college student.

Ist start to do exercise which imporve your metabolism as a result you will start to feel hungry. You should tk 4 meal regularly breakfast, lunch, in evening snacks & dinner start to eat sprouts daily, banana drink 10-12 glass of water/day.
