Sir or mam, My age is 22 years and my hairs growth is good but at this age they get white So please can you suggest me what can I do. I didn't take any kind of medicins for it.

Hello. Start hair vitamin tab kerablak after breakfast and tab keraglo after dinner for 3 to 6 months to prevent further greying. Have more proteins in diet. Avoid stress. Get investigations like hb, tsh, vit b12 and d3 done. Apply altris gel or melitane gel on scalp daily evening for 6 months. It may stimulate hair root pigment cells to reduce greying. Please see a local dermatologist for further assessment if no satisfactory improvement.
