I'm 23 years old. I'm struggling with depression for the past 9 months. First 4 months I had felt suicidal thoughts, loss of appetite, loss of interest, isolation, insomnia. Sleepless now i'm doing gym, taking pro biotic, correct food and meditation. Now also I felt loneliness, loss of interest and oversleeping more then 9 hrs and loss of appetite. Please recommend something I want change my life.
