My baby is 6 months old and his right arm including fingers is swollen and red without any bite marks and injury. This happens twice in 3 weeks. Please help me with this situation I am really worrying about my child health. Is this something serious? And how to cure.

There seems to be some kind of obstruction to the venous flow of the right arm could be a extra cerivical rib. Kindly check xray chest and get eecamined from a neonatal surgeon.
