I am 52 yrs. old. Angiography & plasty done in dec. 14 due to heart attack. my height. 163cm & weight. 84kg.& have painless varicose veins, smoking since 30 yrs. I work in shifts & feel too much tired even after night sleep & no energy remains for exercise. Please Advice.

Your ideal weight is around 65 kg. Reduce it. Stop smoking as it already damaged your blood vessels. Take medicines regularly as prescribed by your doctor post plasty.
