From last 2 days I am having pain in my lower abdomen. The pain is not continues but when I change my posture I.E when I stand up after sitting for a while or more it creates a lot of pain in the lower stomach. I am having constipation problem from last many years but this problem comes really. please suggest me some thing.

regularise your bowels first, eat bananas take veg and fruit [not juice] try drinking a big glass of warm water in the morning once the problem is better see if your pain still persists,get an usg of abdomen for a start
