I have 68 kg. I am trying to loss weight. Daily exercising and dieting. But no use. Daily running and jumping and exercising. Dieting is going well. But not loss weight. Why?

Have a heavy breakfast full of protein daily. It will help increasing the bmr. Along with that try phytolacca berri mother tincture (homeopathic) 10 drops in half cup water twice a day. All the best.
