6-8 hours of sleep is good for a normal health. It should be sound sleep. 10-11 pm is the right time to go to bed.

Hi there. For good health it is advisable to have atleast 8 hour of sleep in 24 hrs. If you do not take a nap in afternoon then take full 8 hrs of sleep at a stretch in night. There is no time like ideal time to sleep but anywhere before 12 is good and try to keep the time more or less fixed. Once a while is fine thought. Bye and take care.
