Sir I am so thin and unable to sleep completely and most of the time I am sleep less and I will be travelling all the day 3 to 4 hrs for college and feeling irritated and not showing interest to talk with everyone.

You do a health check up.Do exercise like yoga,weight lifting etc.Maintain a healthy body weight.Take food frequently.Use bigger plate.Use more refined foods with unrefined.Use dense fruits,vegetables.Extra protein foods will help.Add cream with tea/coffee.Use healthy fat in cooking.Use nutritional supplement.Drink lots of water.Take quality sleep.These are common but for professional assistance consult me privately on lybrate.
