Hi, I was playing football on 27th, and I believe I was stepped on by someone else in cleats. Between the 2nd to 4th metatarsal bones on my right foot I have been feeling a slight pain, pain hurts slightly on the top where contact was made but a little bit more on the bottom. There is a slight bit of swelling on the top. It hurts more when putting pressure on it. It is a bearable pain, but an inconvenient one. Any ideas?

There could be injury. Better do hot compresses if this relieves you. Take arnica 30 - twice daily for next 4 days and revert back. Continue treatment.
