Since long time having heaviness and headache back of head and spreading to back neck and mainly left side head spreads to eyes forehead sometimes. Slight dizzy. Could you say should show ortho or neuro or what could be. Have tried ayurvedic and homeo but not got proper result. Other general daily med I take is thyronorm 25 also general doc advised iron injection vit d etc which all I had already taken.
