I have a sitting job and am suffering from chronic pain in lower back. X ray shows no problem with bones. But pain is not subsiding with medication. physiotherapist exercises have provided sm relief but not 100%. Have tried homeopathic and Ayurveda as well. Kindly suggest.

Just check out your posture while sitting. Is the chair ergonomically designed that is there is no undue strain on the back muscl es. Check out for any abnormalities in kidney by checking your renal functioning tests. Try taking small breaks in-between. Ensure to take a well balanced diet.
