I am 18 years old. I am using Mobile and laptop continuously for 6-8hours a day after 10pm. Now I am feeling very stress full and not active all the day. My head feels more weight than before. My eyes are swelling all day. Now without using Mobile I can't do any thing. What I have do to live like before.

Hello, You have to choose either mobile,laptop or your life,of course life ! * stop, sitting on laptop and using smart phone in the late night, right now,this will increase your stress, of course, what u are facing now a days * Take,your easily digestible diet without junk food.* take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins.* go for meditation to reduce stress.* take, 6 hrs, sound sleep. **Homoeo-care** @ Avena sat Q 10 drops, thrice a day with 2 tsfl of water.. Report wkly. Stay-fit.
