Dear sir/madam I want to loose my body weight below 55 and wanna look fit, my waist and shoulders are the most heavy part of my body please suggest me to what I should I do?

Mr. Anil, to loose wt& to get fitness in proper way, u need to go for Yoga/any sport/jogging/walking.. any thing according to ue wish but regularly. & U need to take proper diet which should be proteinaceous ,, like dal, millets, sprouts, egg white, meat, fish, more water, fruits in regular basis. Should nt take any oily/spicy/junk/fast food.

Hi do regular exercise or physical work. Yoga like suryanamaskar. Daily walking 45-60 min. Eat balanced diet. Restricted in oily food, junk food, carbonated, sweets.
