Do health check ups and follow these....Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.Use watery vegetables,fruits.Use refined vegetable oil small amount in cooking.Use lukewarm water after meals.Do not drink water during meals.Drink water 3 lit/day.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Do regular exercise like push ups,sit ups,plank etc to reduce weight.For more details consult me privately on lybrate.
