Do exercise regularly at home like push up,sit up,plank,yoga.Avoid skip meals.avoid sugar,sweetened juice,cola,soft drinks.Take watery vegetables.whole fruits.Use lean meat,fish,egg white.Use lukewarm water after meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.These will help you.
