Do regular exercise.Do not skip meals.Avoid fast foods,junk foods.Drink plenty of water.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take lots fruits,vegetables.Use healthy fat.Use unrefined foods.Take nuts like walnut,almond.Use lukewarm water after meals.No water during meals.These are common but for more details consult me on lybrate.
