I am 22 years old. Im suffering with acne for the last 6 years. I took lot of treatment with leading dermatologists in the city. But still I couldnt get rid of it. Actually mine doesnt look like a acne. Its big. Like a small 2-3cm stone inside the skin. And my bodys hot. If I try to keep my body cool by drinking coconut water, il get acnes immediately. Please help me.
