Semen release from penis while pee. I have masturbated over the limit in the past years almost 5 years I guess. Visited all doctors but found no solutions. Whenever I go to poo a nerve above my penis need to be hold and testicles need to be pressed then only i'll be able to poo. I m facing severe problem from years I don't know upto what stage i'm damaged pls do somebody help me out of this hell. I regret n repent lot why I did this so pls do help.
