As your work is sitting job first of all atleast keep 30 min morning walk on wake up please take 1 glass luke warm water with 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder in it and drink it in breakfast take musli or oats porridge 1 tablespoon or can have oats upma or poha see to it that take twice a green tea after 1/2 lunch and dinner if not possible in lunch take it in dinner and drinks 10-12 glass of water daily and in dinner have dudhi sabzi with curd thanks.
