Hi, there most certainly is! you could try strength training at the gym to help you build more muscle. Hypertrophy in the muscle would give you a fuller look. First think please stop smoking and as you told you are healthy but because yours thin it dowsnt mean you are healthy so want to being healthy include fruits in your diet and include milk and curd in your diet thanks.
