I am 28 years female. I took cbc for normal checkup. On that, my hemoglobin is 9.6. Red blood cells count everything is low expect mchc. And then in platelets count 2.53lakh/cu. M,mpv 8.3 fl (low, pdws 44.7% (high. Is everything ok? I need to consult a doctor?

Combine vegetarian sources of iron with vitamin c in the same meal.
