Do regular exercise.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods but not more.Use protein foods as far burner.Sprinkle lukewarm water after meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.These are basic but for professional guidelines consult me privately on Lybrate.
