You should go for brisk walk 45 minutes in the morning and do exercise atleast 10 to 15 minutes. And everyday follow low calorie diet and modrate protein. Use lots of green leafy vegetables n fruits n avoid junk food. Use skim milk (without cream. Use salad before meals. Take sprouts. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Don't use table salt.
