Hello lybrate-user, its too early for your baby to have complete control of his/her neck. Neck holding usually is seen by 3 months of age and there may be still some head wobbling with complete control by 4 months. So do not worry s its completely normal and do support your baby's head while holding upright. Hope that helps.
