Sir I have grade 2 meniscus tear presently, but the 5 year previous mri reveals that it was grade 3 please suggest me that what I have to do, isit stunt my height growth?

As you are already 21 and your bones must have calcified by now, so there is a least chance that your height can increase now and meniscus tear can restrict your movements and your efforts to increase height with exercises but even then chance of increase in your height are remote---------------
