this may be due to your lifestyle. have healthy lifestyle. have balanced food with plenty of leafy vegetables, cereals, fat and carbohydrate and moderate protein. go for regular morning walk followed by free hand exercises. do not have heavy meal at night have light dinner. avoid alcohol. spicy and junk food.
