Mr. Lybrate-user, already its not necessary to explain you that, the hedache you r getting is becoz of continuous smoking, which already you have been experiencing. So, here the solution for your complaint is nothing but quitting smoking. But gradually. Suddenly you can not quit& if you try to quit also, it will raqise craving for smoking more& few adverse effects will be xeperienced. So, try to reduce the number gradually. Try to chew some chewing gum, or get in to some occupation whenever you feel like to smoke, to avoid that thought.
