Your ideal body weight should 72 kg. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk atleast 10 to 15 minutes exercise. And follow diet. Early in the morning take a luke warm water, and half spoon methidana powder. And tea/ coffee with marrygold ya digestive marrie biscuits and then breakfast -take a vegetable daliya, upma, poha, oats, corn flakes etc. In lunch-2- 3 roti, 1katori rice, any vegetable, dal raita/curd, use salad before meals. Evening sncks - any fruits, tea/coffee/sandwich/chana/ sprouts/murmure/buttermilk. Dinner same as lunch bed time 1 cup milk without fat (cream) you will be follow these diet plane so you can definitely loose your weight.
