I have very thin body, am 24 years old guy and my weight is just 43, i'l have enough food only but from childhood am like thos only, exactly my personality looks like skinny skeleton. please suggest me something for which could help me for putting on my weight.

Healthy weight gain means more increase in muscles and to a certain extent fat in order to support those muscles. Just eating anything or high calorie foods will result in only fat gain which will not give you a proper body shape and will also be detrimental later in life. A diet high in protein and adequate carbohydrate in necessary. In order to achieve a healthy weight you should know what you have to eat and how much to eat.
