Dear sir/mam I am not gaining weight as much as I should I do as per my age. I m also not satisfied with my height too. I expect it to be about 5'10" Can I still work on my height and get expected results. Please help giving me some cheap and working supplement suggestions. Thanks.

Dear lybrate-user we can plan your daily diets according to your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. However you need to follow them to see good results. Include more of fruits, milk & milk products, high- protein foods, less of carbohydrates & fried foods and sweets. Drink 3-4 lts. Of water daily. Eat early & light dinners.
