I am of 63 years old with a lean built and weighing 54kg. Without any health issues at all. In the recent executive health check up, my report was excellant without any signs of ill health. I was advised to walk for 30 minutes. However many people say walking is not for people like me i. e with good health and lean personality. What should I do?

Hello, normal diet with high protein and moderate calorie dense food(like dhal ladoo, green gram payasam, peanut sundal, peanut butter with bread, etc) is recommended for improving your lean mass. Physical activity is must for all the age group with different body frame.
