My health is not good due to nightfall. I am 16 years boy but my weight is only 47 kg. I want to grow up my body mass or weight. What should I do?

Take helthy high protein diet, milk, sprouts, cheese, dal, curd regular work up, 40 to 60minutes daily, if your masturbating stop doing it for few days, there could be some amount of nervousness or anxiety try for some kind of yoga, breathing and meditation. Get your thyroid checked.
