Eat small amount of food.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods.Take more watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods.Take more protein to reduce fat.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water after meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Do exercise like plank,push ups,sit ups,swimming etc.And do health check ups.These will help you but for quick result consult me privately on Lybrate.
