I have a desk job and in last 2 years my weight has gone up from 60kgs to 80kgs. I want to lose weight. Please help.

Do exercise like push ups,sit ups,yoga.Eat small amount.No sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take watery vegetables,whole fruits.Protein foods will help to reduce extra fat.Use healthy fat in cooking.These are basic things but for more details consult privately on Lybrate.
