Hi, first you should maintain your blood glucose levels. Take low sugar diet. Natural source of protein is important in your diet. Regular exercises are very important to utilise your excess glucose in your body. To build your muscle you can do gym exercises. As you are diabetic you may be very tired of over-exercising. Walking, cycling is good exercises for you.
